Ming Moon Restaurant at 500 1125 West, Farm to Market Road 544, Wylie, Texas.

I've had Ming Moon before, but tonight it was terrible. I ordered several different entrees, so my family could make plates "buffet style." The Chicken fried rice had big pieces of raw onion sliced and raw diced pieces. The celery was also really crunchy, like it wasn't cooked long enough. The Orange Chicken was listed on the menu as 'spicy' but it had zero spicy. It was just very sweet.

The Broccoli beef was the only thing that was good. Based on this experience, I will order from another place next time.
